2. AI-generated documents
SecretariatIQ uses artificial intelligence to draft company secretarial documents. Its outputs are drafts. They are designed to be reviewed, corrected where required, and approved by a qualified Company Secretary or other competent professional before use.
- AI systems can make mistakes, including plausible-looking ones. Our products are built with grounding and quality checks precisely because of this, but no such control is perfect.
- The reviewing professional — not Adriva, and not the software — is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and statutory compliance of any document that is signed, issued, filed or relied upon.
- Do not file, circulate or rely on a generated document that has not been reviewed.
3. Currency of the law
Indian company law, the Secretarial Standards and the rules made under them change. Our products record the version of the law a document was drafted against, and we work to keep that current, but we do not warrant that any statutory reference, form, fee, threshold or deadline shown on this site or in a product reflects the law as it stands on the day you read it. Verify against the current statute, rules and notifications before relying on it.
4. No guarantee of regulatory acceptance
We do not guarantee that any document produced with our software will be accepted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, a Registrar of Companies, a stock exchange, or any other authority, nor that its use will avoid a penalty, rejection, query or adverse finding.
5. Third-party and public-record data
Our products may retrieve company, director and filing data from public records and third-party data providers. That data is presented as received. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or currency, and it should be verified against the source record before it is relied upon.

Where an Adriva product is supplied under a subscription agreement, the liability provisions of that agreement govern the product.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. It should be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
