1. Who we are

Adriva Technologies Private Limited ("Adriva", "we", "us") is a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U62013PN2026PTC259449 and its registered office at Flat No. F204, Ishan Shrushti, S. No. 131/1(P), Warje, Karvenagar, Pune 411052, Maharashtra, India.

This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website, adriva.in. It is published in accordance with Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and serves as notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our products are covered separately. SecretariatIQ and any other Adriva product each have their own privacy terms and, where applicable, a data processing agreement with the subscribing organisation. This policy does not govern data processed inside those products.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

This website has no sign-up, no account and no payment function. The only personal data you can give us here is what you choose to put in an email to one of the addresses published on the site — typically your name, your email address, your organisation and whatever you write in your message.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is served: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and the date and time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running securely and are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we later add analytics, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect and a cookie notice will be shown.

3. Why we use it

PurposeData used
Replying to your enquiryName, email address, message content
Keeping the site available and secureServer logs, IP address
Meeting a legal or regulatory obligationWhatever the obligation requires

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train machine learning models.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who need it to operate the site — principally our web hosting and email providers — and only to the extent required. We may also disclose data where we are compelled to by law, by a court, or by a government authority acting within its powers.

5. Where it is stored

This website and its email are hosted with third-party providers whose infrastructure may sit outside India. Where our products process client data, we host that data in Indian regions.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the business relationship or conversation reasonably requires, and then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes. Where a statute requires us to keep a record for longer, we keep it for that period and no longer.

7. How we protect it

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures as contemplated by Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011 — encrypted transport (HTTPS) across the site, access limited to those who need it, and providers chosen for their security posture. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; we do commit to acting promptly if something goes wrong.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the SPDI Rules, you may:

To exercise any of these, email the Grievance Officer below. We may need to verify who you are before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
