These terms govern your use of adriva.in, the website of Adriva Technologies Private Limited ("Adriva", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with CIN U62013PN2026PTC259449 and registered office at Flat No. F204, Ishan Shrushti, S. No. 131/1(P), Warje, Karvenagar, Pune 411052, Maharashtra, India.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes Adriva and its products. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to supply, or professional advice of any kind. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Product terms are separate. Access to SecretariatIQ or any other Adriva product is governed by the subscription agreement, order form and product terms entered into with the subscribing organisation — not by these website terms. Where the two differ, the product agreement governs the product.
3. Permitted use
You may read, browse and share this site, and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable Indian law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- interfere with the site's operation, or introduce malicious code;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to access the site at a rate that burdens it;
- reproduce, republish or exploit the content commercially without our written permission; or
- use our name, logo or product marks in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, logos, product names and software — is owned by Adriva or licensed to it, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. SecretariatIQ is our product; a patent application covering aspects of it is pending. Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right in our intellectual property beyond the permitted use described above.
5. Accuracy
We take care over what we publish, but we give no warranty that the site is accurate, complete or current. Product descriptions, capabilities, statutory references and roadmap statements may change without notice, and forward-looking statements about what a product will do are intentions, not promises.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of a linked site is governed by that site's own terms.
